What if something is damaged during the move?
- Please contact our office as soon as possible.
- Take pictures of the damage and attach them via email along with our damage form
- In case of claims, we always extend the due date on your invoice by 30 days, contact us if you need a further postponement
- In accordance with Bohag 2010, our first step is to check whether the damage can be repaired at all. replace with an equivalent article
- If it doesn’t work, we offer compensation (valuation according to Bohag 2010 is the current market value, i.e. not new price)
- For larger values, the case is sent to our insurance company for handling
